Salon & SPA Regulations

1. The Salon & SPA of Hotel Novum is open from Monday to Saturday during the following hours:

• Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
• Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00
• Sunday and Holidays: Closed

The SPA reception is open:

• Monday - Saturday: 13:00 - 21:00
• Sunday and Holidays: Closed

For purchasing invitations or arranging appointments, please visit during the above hours.

The saunas are open:

• Monday - Friday: 17:00 - 21:00
• Saturday: 16:00 - 21:00
• Sunday and Holidays: Closed

The gym is open:

• Monday - Thursday: 13:00 - 21:00
• Friday: 14:00 - 21:00
• Saturday: 14:00 - 21:00
• Sunday and Holidays: Closed

2. The SPA is a zone of silence and relaxation. To ensure your full comfort, the use of personal MP3, MP4 players and similar devices, cameras, and mobile phones is prohibited. Silence must be maintained within the SPA. SPA staff have the right to ask persons who disturb other Guests in any way to leave the premises without refund. At the same time, the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum is not responsible for photos taken and shared online by third parties unrelated to the facility.

3. The following are prohibited on the SPA premises:

a) smoking
b) consuming alcohol
c) bringing glass containers and chewing gum.

4. The SPA is not accessible to persons:

a) whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants,
b) with open wounds or skin inflammations,
c) showing signs of contagious diseases
d) whose behavior threatens other Guests and SPA staff,
e) whose hygiene does not meet generally accepted standards.

5. To increase the effectiveness of treatments, we recommend informing the staff before the treatment about:

a) medications taken,
b) past illnesses,
c) possible contraindications

6. Children under 16 years of age may stay in the SPA only in the company of an adult. Persons undergoing treatments must be at least 16 years old or have written consent from a legal guardian. Massages are available only to adults.

7. All valuables should be left in the deposit at the Hotel Reception. The staff is not responsible for items left in lockers or other places within the SPA.

8. Please arrive at the SPA 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment to fill out the Consultation Card. In case of lateness, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late and does not inform the staff, the SPA reserves the right to cancel the reservation and charge the guest the full cost of the service.

9. It is possible to cancel a treatment reservation free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

10. Planned/booked treatments at the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum must be paid directly before the treatment at the Main Reception of Hotel Novum.

11. Paying for entry to the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum area and/or purchasing other offered services is equivalent to filling out the Consultation Card, providing contact information (phone number, e-mail), and the guest's declaration that there are no health contraindications to using the services offered by Salon & SPA Hotel Novum. The guest is obliged to submit a written statement in the Consultation Card, confirming that they have read and accept the terms of these Regulations and the regulations of individual rooms in the SPA area.

12. Before using the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum services, guests must change clothes in the changing cabins and leave personal belongings in designated lockers. A fee of 100 PLN is charged for lost or damaged locker keys.

13. Before entering the gym, changing into sports shoes with clean soles, intended only for indoor use, is mandatory.

14. Before entering the Sauna Area, shoes must be changed in the changing room to substitute footwear (such as slippers). The entire body must be thoroughly washed under the showers.

15. Towels must be used in the gym and Sauna Area. If unavailable, towels can be rented for a fee at the SPA Reception.

16. When entering the Saunas and Steam Baths, towels or robes covering intimate areas must be worn. They are lent only to hotel guests using body care treatments. Other guests can rent robes for a fee at the SPA Reception.

17. Particular caution is required in areas with wet surfaces within the SPA. Guests are strictly prohibited from running throughout the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum area. Children in the gym accompanied by parents (guardians) are strictly forbidden from using the equipment provided.

18. A shower is recommended before Body Care Treatments and Massages.

19. The Salon & SPA Hotel Novum staff reserves the right to discontinue a treatment if the guest’s behavior is inappropriate for the place (sexual harassment, aggression, vulgar language, etc.).

20. We recommend booking services several days in advance of the planned date. Without prior reservation, guests may only use currently available services. Service reservations are made after staff checks the availability of the date.

21. Reservations are confirmed in writing or by phone after the guest provides an e-mail address or contact phone number, to which the SPA staff sends confirmation. Unconfirmed reservations are canceled 24 hours before the treatment.

22. We reserve the right to close the Sauna Area if it is booked exclusively.

23. It is possible to purchase an "Invitation" - a gift to be used in the SPA, either for a specific amount, particular treatment, Day Spa package, or weekend package - with a 3-month validity from the date of purchase. The "Invitation" may be extended by 1 month in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the visit.

24. Persons disturbing public order or violating the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum Regulations will be asked to leave the premises without a refund of the entry fees paid.

25. Invitations expire and are considered used if the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment or does not cancel at least 24 hours before the start.

26. In case of inability to use the "Invitation," it may be transferred to another person.

27. Guests are fully financially responsible for damages caused to SPA property due to intentional acts or negligence.

28. All irregularities and malfunctions affecting guest safety and the operation of the recreation center should be reported to SPA staff.

29. For your own safety and the safety of others, please adhere to the above rules. All persons on the premises of Salon & SPA Hotel Novum are required to comply with these Regulations, as well as the rules of individual rooms in the sauna, gym, and treatment rooms. It is advisable to follow the suggestions of the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum staff. Any complaints, suggestions, or grievances should be addressed to the SPA Section Shift Manager or the Main Reception of Hotel Novum.

30. Salon & SPA Hotel Novum reserves the right to change opening hours and schedules due to technical reasons or other circumstances. During the summer, sauna opening hours may be shortened due to decreased demand.

32. Personal data is processed for booking treatments and providing services of the Salon & SPA Hotel Novum, and in case of consent also for marketing purposes.

33. Data collected for the provision of Salon & SPA Hotel Novum services will be processed for the period specified by law, and in case of data collected on consent, until consent is withdrawn. You have the right to access the data, correct it, transfer it, and receive a copy of personal data processed by the Hotel.

34. If you consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, you also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, request restriction of processing, deletion, and the right to be forgotten. Your data may be shared or transferred to the following categories of recipients:***

a) companies providing IT support services for the Hotel;

b) companies providing accounting services;

c) companies providing legal services;

d) companies providing marketing services for the Hotel.

If you find that your personal data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). Contact with the data protection officer is possible at the Hotel's headquarters or via email at praca@hotelnovum.pl
